Overview
Golden Cup is a set of high-grade refractory lodes on the Angiang Trend of the Amanda Bel Gold & Antimony Fields. Its Inferred JORC resource of 30,000 oz of gold at 3.6 g/t lies across three lodes, beneath three previously mined oxide open pits.
All three lodes are open at depth and along strike, with very little drilling below 50m vertical. Recent drilling in hole GCRC093 returned 7.0m @ 4.6 g/t Au from 61m, including 2.0m @ 14.3 g/t Au.
Gold is hosted almost entirely in arsenopyrite, so the ore is planned as feed for the flotation circuit at Camel Creek. Engineering for an early pit cutback is complete, and further resource development drilling is due in early 2027.
Highlights
- All three lodes open at depth and along strike, with very little drilling below 50m vertical
- GCRC093: 7.0m @ 4.6 g/t Au from 61m, including 2.0m @ 14.3 g/t Au
- Flotation to a 45 g/t Au concentrate at 90% gold recovery (2014 R.W. Nice testwork, corroborated by 2010 HRL testwork)
- Engineering for an early pit cutback is complete
